1886 Community Food Pantry
Linda Kilcer (left) of the 1886 Community Food Pantry accepts a monetary donation and boxes of food from Mid-Hudson Cablevision and midhudsonmedia?s 2nd Annual ?Let?s Can Hunger? FOOD DRIVE which ended October 27th this year. The 1886 Community Food Pantry serves all of Columbia County and has recently assisted other pantries in Greene county that were hit hard by Hurricane Irene. Linda is thrilled that her stockpile is being replenished right before the holidays. Her volunteers help sort and pack boxes of food for pantry patrons: from the left Linda Kilcer, Laurie Pulver (of midhudsonmedia) Albert Cooke, Anna & Richard Hall, Joseph Kilcer, Barry Goldstein, Bert Eigenbrodt, Barbara Goldstein & The Rev. Thayer.
